JERSEY HEART AWARDS 2018 on Saturday 24th February 2018 from 7pm to late

The Jersey Heart Awards have been designed to recognise the amazing individuals who have joined our fight against cardiovascular disease, one of Jerseys biggest killers.

Our fighters come in many forms and ages and so each category reflects a vital role being played within our community to beat this heartless disease. From the quick thinking Islanders who have performed CPR, to the thought leaders challenging individuals to make healthy life-choices. Nominees could include individuals living with heart disease whom have chosen to fight back with a personal challenge or volunteering their time or maybe a person who has been a real support to someone living with a heart condition.

Nominate your friends & family for the following Heart Award categories before Sunday 14th January and join us for an evening of entertainment and celebration on Saturday 24th February 2018, where the winners will be announced.
