Work off those Christmas pounds and raise a few for charity!

Terri is running the 2018 Virgin Money London marathon for Jersey Hospice Care again. Fitness First have very kindly let Terri have use of their spin studio to put on a five hour Spinathon® in order to raise funds. There are 25 slots for each hour and you can choose to do anything between one to five hours.
