Coffee morning drop-in for any one, and/or their families and friends, who have experienced or are experiencing heart related conditions or are interested in finding out what the Jersey Heart Support Group is all about. It will be an opportunity to discuss your experiences with others who have been through the same and to ask questions and find out what support is available.
