An evening to remember loved ones this Christmas Our Light Up a Life event is a special remembrance service which gives people the chance to gather with friends, family and the wider community to pay tribute to those they have loved and lost. The service is for anyone who wants to remember a loved one, regardless of how long ago your loved one died and whether or not they received care from Jersey Hospice Care. Light Up a Life brings family and friends together and many find comfort in sharing their memories with others. For many, coming along to our Light Up a Life service and seeing a written dedication in our Book of Remembrance can be a wonderful way of showing that just because someone is gone, they are not forgotten. The Book is in our Reception and you are welcome to come and view this at any time.
