The AGM for 2017 will be held on Thursday 13th July, 2017, commencing at 6.30pm at venue to be confirmed. 

Other meetings may be called from time to time by either the Committee or a minimum of 10 members.

All grant and membership applications must reach the administrator by the deadline dates.

The meetings to consider new members and grant applications for 2017 have been set as follows:
