Challenging Behaviour is a term often used in many situations by many people.  Carl is qualified in the management of Challenging Behaviour and has a ‘hands on’ approach to his work. He has worked with clients with challenging behaviour for 20 years but also understands the needs of carers, care establishments and staff.  This session will provide a great opportunity for all AJC members to:

· Understand the definition of the term Challenging Behaviour

· Appreciate the functions & triggers for challenging behaviour

· Learn about the importance of recording and strategic planning

· Know where to go for support and further information
