GOVERNANCE: Managing & Motivating Volunteers: Understanding volunteer roles, profiles and motivators.  We will look at

• how managing volunteers differs from managing employees
• provide guidance on how to recruit, select, place, support and motivate volunteers
  
• advise on what paperwork and systems you need to manage volunteers
