She holds certificates in food hygiene, health & safety at work and British Institute of Inn Keeping. She is competent in Microsoft applications, good communication skills, can work as part of a team or as a self motivated individual, loves a challenge and works well under pressure. She has a full clean driving license, speaks basic French and enjoys walking, cycling, gardening, design, cooking, DIY and more.
