Brief Description of Activities: Weekly self-help Group - to help people with a phobia or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) to become ex-sufferers. Meetings on Thursday evenings from 7.00-8.30pm at The Headway Centre, Springfield Road, St. Saviour

Voluntary/Paid: Voluntary Helper

Brief Description of Duties: Voluntary - We need people who have recovered from a phobia or OCD or have some knowledge of behaviour therapy to attend Group meetings with the possibility of becoming a Supporter on a rota basis at weekly meetings
