With many changes to the Respite service for people with a learning disability, Jersey Mencap will be hosting this event in collaboration with States of Jersey. The aim is to provide up-to-date information to carers, familiies, clients and professionals about respite. Refreshments will be served and Jersey Mencap welcomes members old and new to the AGM which will follow the Respite seminar.

Guest Speaker: Sarah Broadhurst, Oxford Brookes University. Following her research over several years based on the emotional journey of parentcarers,
building resilience and the impact of respite.
