Christians Against Poverty are running a free Life Skills course, starting on 11 January at 11am. This course runs for 8 weeks and teaches practical money saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget, living healthily on less, and making money go further. Run by trained coaches, it is a fun and relaxed place to meet other people in similar situations. Following the course each week is a free lunch where you can socialise with others on the course.
