DESCRIPTION:This six week foundation course in the principles of palliative and end of life care is based on the Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care: A national framework for local action 2015-2020. It sets out our vision to improve end of life care through partnership and collaboration between organisations at local level. It is delivered by experts from across Jersey Hospice Care and is run over six three hour workshops and sets out six ‘ambitions’ – principles for how care for those nearing death should be delivered.
