DESCRIPTION:This run takes place along Jersey&rsquo\;s spectacular south-east coast.&nbsp\;Starting on the beach by&nbsp\;the north end of Longbeach car park\, choose from&nbsp\;a 6km beach&nbsp\;run to Seymour Slip&nbsp\;and return\, or a&nbsp\;10km trail run to the historic Seymour Tower\, across the inter-tidal zone of the beautiful Ramsar site. 10km run - Be prepared to get wet and run over sandy and rocky surfaces!&nbsp\; Link for registration will be added nearer the date.
