DESCRIPTION:In 2023\, Ruth Brunton\, the former CEO of Brighter Futures\, sadly passed away. On Friday 19th April 2024\, Brighter Futures staff\, volunteers\, board members and friends will walk or run the 17.90-killometer route to raise funds for both Brighter Futures and the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association\, Jersey. The route will take us along the five-mile road\, through Corbiere\, St. Brelade and St. Aubin and into St. Helier\, along the Esplanade. In 2023\, the Walk raised more than &pound\;4\,000\, which was divided equally between Brighter Futures and the Motor Neurone Disease Association (Jersey Branch). We would love to do the same again this year. Please look out for our orange t-shirts as we walk by! We will finish with light refreshments for walkers at Grand Jersey Hotel &amp\; Spa\, kindly donated by Hand Picked Hotels.
