DESCRIPTION:The Jersey Heart Support Group has begun holding a support group for those affected by cardiac issues\, whether it is yourself\, a family member or friend. The evening is a relaxed occasion to talk with fellow islanders who have been on a cardiac journey and to chat about anything you wish. If we don&#39\;t have the answers\, the charity will hopefully be able to find the answers you seek from the appropriate professionals. Tea and Coffee available on the night. We plan to have Guest Speakers for future meetings
