The AGM is held in June of each year to which all Members are invited.  In 2010 this will be held on Thursday 17th June, commencing at 7.00pm venue to be confirmed.  Other meetings may be called from time to time by either the Executive Committee or a minimum of 10 Members.

All grant and membership applications must reach the administrator by the deadline dates.
