The AGM is held in June of each year to which all Members are invited. In 2012 this will be held on Thursday 21st June, commencing at 6.30pm venue to be confirmed. Other meetings may be called from time to time by either the Executive Committee or a minimum of 10 Members.
All grant and membership applications must reach the administrator by the deadline dates.
The meetings to consider new Members and grant applications for 2012 have been set as follows:
