The Association of Jersey Charities is pleased to offer 4 further workshops which will continue the theme of Good Governance. The workshops will be presented by Jane Galloway of Arclight Solutions Ltd, a consultancy and training service for charities. The first workshop will look at the issues to do with: 'Implementing Change Successfully', The workshop is designed to support people who are facing the challenge of planning and implementing change in the workplace. It will explore what it is and how to implement it successfully. The following issues will be covered:
• How to lead and manage a change process
• How to explore the essential skills needed to persuade staff in your organisation to follow your lead
• How to get staff and colleagues involved in the change process.
This workshop is designed for charity workers in management roles or for those in positions on committees or trustee boards. Workshops will take place on Friday 8th October between 1.30 pm and 4.30 pm and on Saturday 9th October from 9.30 am until 12.30 pm, both sessions are identical and are repeated to offer choice of day and time to members.
