This workshop will provide an overall introduction to all areas of fundraising and how to go about generating relevant funding for your organisation.

It will review the basic principles of fundraising, to understand why people give, the best approach methods and the related ethical issues.

The workshop will also focus on Legacies and In Memorial fundraising. (National Legacy week 7th - 13th Sept)

This workshop is relevant for managers, trustees and volunteers who have responsibility for maximising income and want an insight into fundraising frameworks, as well as appealing to more experienced fundraisers who are looking for fresh ideas.
