NSPCC Jersey Light Up
Save to CalendarMon, 11th Dec, 2023
Local buildings across the Island will be turning green with our ‘Light Ups’ and flying NSPCC flags 11th-15th December, raising awareness for NSPCC Jersey. For children facing abuse, the winter nights are dark, long and lonely. That’s why we're encouraging friends, families and colleagues to donate, fundraise, do a sponsored walk, and raise funds for our vital local services.
When is the Light Up? 11th-15th December
What is it? The Light Up is a way of us raising awareness of our work in Jersey and fundraising for our local services
Where is it? Multiple buildings across St Helier, St Brelade and St Saviour are joining in, see all the buildings below
Why should I support? NSPCC Jersey deliver vital work from our home on Stopford Road in St Helier. Since 2013 we’ve reached over 14,000 Islanders with our protective and preventative work. We are a specialised child sexual abuse and harm recovery service. We rely on donations to deliver our work, and your support is gratefully received
How much should I raise? We’ll be grateful for any amount you can raise, all money will go to funding our work delivered in Jersey Buildings Lighting Green: Les Quennevias School, Jersey Airport Passenger Pier, Somerville Hotel, The Boat House, Fort Regent, Le Gallais Building, Pomme D'or, Gaspe House, 27 Esplanade, Citibank, IFC5, Bedell Cristen, JEC Powerhouse, Victoria College, Government House (fag pole), The Gower Centre, Kingsgate House (flags), Jersey Airport (flags), Jersey Harbour (flags) We'd love to hear from you if you do take part, or share your photos of supporting the campaign.
