JRC are holding a book launch event on Thursday 29th February at 6pm, kindly hosted by the Jersey Town Library. At the end of 2023, Jersey Recovery College (local mental health education charity) made a call for submissions to our first anthology of creative writing. We have now collated almost 50 pieces into a collection. The booked titled ‘As Waves on the Sea’ revolves around JRC’s values of Hope, Empowerment, and Opportunity. We are holding a launch event for the paperback on Thursday 29th February at 6pm kindly hosted by the Jersey Town Library. Come along to experience some readings, meet some writers, and have the opportunity to purchase a copy of the book. This will showcase some wonderful local work, plus raise funds to help support our free-to-access courses. The book, will be available for purchase on the night, through the college or on Amazon, shortly.
