The Jersey Islamic Centre serves both the Muslim community and all the wider public of Jersey. It provides access to religious services including daily prayers, Friday sermons, and structured educational programmes which aim to develop a deeper understanding of Islam. In addition, the Centre organises community events and religious observances such as Ramadan and Eid, which are equally accessible to the wider public and whose purpose is to seek to promote a strong local community.

As an integral part of its mission the Centre is committed to the relief of poverty, the advancement of education, and the fostering of community cohesion. Our programmes and activities are designed to be inclusive, delivering benefit not only to the Muslim community but also to the whole general public, irrespective of faith, background or gender.

The Centre encourages and welcomes visits from schools, community groups, and other organisations. These visits provide opportunities for education, dialogue, and the promotion of mutual understanding and respect across Jersey’s diverse society.
