Macular disease is the biggest cause of sight loss in the UK, with nearly 300 people diagnosed every day. It can affect people of any age — even children. Macular disease is the next public health crisis and we urgently need to raise awareness of it. We will make sure, that this Macular Week (24-30 June), more people than ever will be helping us to beat macular disease. We will be updating this page with information on what we’ll be doing and how you can get involved in the run up to June, so watch this space.
