Vision

Our vision is for a world where road danger is not tolerated and where road crash victims receive justice and compassion.

Values

Victim-centred: RoadPeace puts victims at the heart of everything it does, involving members and victims in service delivery, campaigning, and decision-making.

Compassionate: The organisation treats everyone with compassion and sensitivity, tailoring support to their unique experiences and needs, and monitoring the wellbeing of staff and volunteers

Collaborative: RoadPeace works in partnership with and supports other organisations, recognising that more can be achieved together. The charity freely shares its knowledge and best practices

Evidence-based: The organisation’s work is grounded in published research and national statistics, informed by the experiences of victims, members, partner organisations, campaigners, and emergency services

Pioneering: RoadPeace aims to inform and inspire, being courageous and willing to speak out on more radical or less popular agendas when needed

The Objects for which the Charity is established are:

1) To relieve sickness and distress amongst persons who have been the victims of a road traffic collision and the bereaved survivors and families of such victims by:

a) Providing the bereaved and injured with suitable support and assistance, including access to justice;

b) Researching, promoting and encouraging evidence-based interventions aimed at reducing road danger.

2) To promote such other purposes being exclusively charitable according to the law of England and Wales as the Board of Trustees may from time to time determine.
