Centrepoint Trust
Could you help shape the future of Centrepoint?
We’re looking to recruit new voluntary members to join our Board of Governors and help guide the next journey of our work with children and families in Jersey.
As a locally registered charity, Centrepoint has been a trusted childcare provider in Jersey for over 42 years. We provide quality childcare, learning and play opportunities and support many families across the Island. Our services are aimed at children 0-14 years and include two nurseries, Playcare (breakfast, after school and holiday club), The Space (Complex Additional Needs Unit), Centrepoint At Home & More, our Child Contact Centre and SPARK (project based) activities. Together, they give children opportunities to play, learn and grow, while supporting families with a variety of requirements and dynamics.
We’d love to hear from people who care about children and young people, who can bring fresh perspectives, sound judgement and a willingness to work as part of a team. If you are in a Managerial role, or above, have experience in areas such as Finance, Governance, Compliance, Safeguarding, Education, Human Resources, Fundraising or Community work, these skills would be very valuable to Centrepoint. You don’t need to have served on a Board before.
If you’d like to find out more about the roles we have available, please email admin@centrepoint.je and tell us a little about yourself. We’d also welcome a conversation if you’re curious about the roles and want to understand what’s involved. We would be looking to introduce new individuals to the Board from November 2026.
Alternatively if you have a referral, please share this post with someone who could make a difference to Centrepoint's children and families.
