Sanctuary Trust
Sanctuary Trust is looking for a voluntary Company Secretary to play a key role in supporting the effective governance of the charity.
Working closely with our Chair, Trustees and CEO, you'll help ensure Sanctuary Trust maintains high standards of governance, complies with legal and regulatory requirements, and operates efficiently and transparently.
This voluntary position requires approximately 4-8 hours per month, including attendance at quarterly Board meetings, and offers an opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a meaningful difference in our community.
By supporting the effective governance of Sanctuary Trust, you'll help us continue providing accommodation, support and advocacy to men experiencing homelessness in Jersey.
