Are you a Sprinter or a Stroller? SEYMOUR SPRINT 6km or 10km trail run, open to accompanied children age 10+. (10km goes via Seymour Tower and is the wet feet option!) PRE-EVENT BOOKING ESSENTIAL - there will be NO on the day registrations. or SEYMOUR STROLL 6km beach walk (under 5s go free but please sign them up so they get a medal!)
Whatever you choose, enjoy the breathtaking views of our spectacular south-east coast and receive your finisher’s medal at the end.
