Come and watch the entire milling process at Jersey’s only remaining watermill. The sluice gates will be opened at 10am, releasing the water from the Mill Pond which then travels along the leat to the Mill. You can then admire the ancient waterwheel powering the giant mill stones that grind the wheat. The millers will be on hand to answer all your questions and visitors will be able to purchase some freshly milled flour. Refreshments and homemade cakes will be served in the café as well as 10% off for members in the Gift Shop. Parking is limited so please walk or cycle if you can, or if bringing a car please park at the Mill Pond.
