Headway (Jersey) Ltd, the charity supporting people affected by acquired brain injury, is seeking two new Directors to join our Board of Trustees, one with human resources (HR) expertise and one with medical expertise.

About Headway (Jersey) Ltd:

We provide rehabilitation, support, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by brain injury, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Who We’re Looking For:

HR Professional – with expertise in workforce strategy, leadership, employee relations, or organisational development.

Medical Professional – GP, consultant, or healthcare professional with experience in patient care, clinical governance, or medical leadership.

Dedicated, committed individuals who are willing to actively contribute to Board meetings and initiatives.
