Methodist Homes for the Aged Jersey is a long-established, locally run, not-for-profit charitable organisation providing exceptional residential care for older adults in Jersey. Guided by compassion and caring values, we support residents to live with dignity, independence, and a genuine sense of home within our two care homes: Stuart Court in St Lawrence and Maison La Corderie in St Helier.

 

As we celebrate over 60 years of care and community, we are embarking on an

ambitious programme of transformation at Stuart Court, including a proposed

extension and refurbishment. This project will expand capacity, improve accessibility, and enhance facilities while respecting the character of our historic listed building.

 

To support the growth and ambition of MHA Jersey, we are seeking dedicated Non-Executive Directors with experience who will embrace our culture and values, share our vision for the future, and help us achieve our ambitious plans. We are particularly interested in expertise in Finance, HR, Construction, and Strategic Leadership. These voluntary, non-remunerated roles offer the opportunity to help shape the future of residential care at Stuart Court and support our long-term mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care.
