Jersey Cancer Relief is looking for new trustee to join our committee.

Jersey Cancer Relief has been supporting islanders for over 50 years, providing confidential, compassionate financial assistance to adults in Jersey undergoing cancer treatment. Our work includes help with doctor’s fees, heating bills, medical supplies, travel to UK hospitals, and more.

 We are seeking a committed Trustee to help guide our strategy, governance, and long‑term impact.

 We’re particularly interested in individuals with experience in:

• Human Resources
• Marketing & Communications
• Medical, Healthcare or Care

As a Committee Member, you will:

• Provide oversight, integrity, and sound decision‑making
• Help shape and review JCR’s strategy, including our role in island‑wide cancer support initiatives
• Ensure effective governance, risk management, and financial stewardship
• Support and promote the charity within the community
• Uphold our commitment to confidentiality and dignity for every client we assist
