Come along to help us peel and chop apples on Thursday and Friday before joining us on Saturday to enjoy the community celebrations that surround the making of Black Butter or Lé Nièr Beurre in Jèrriais. Enjoy traditional local food and drink and an array of artisan market stalls. There will be live music as well as games for children, and of course the chance to find out more about the work of the National Trust for Jersey.
