JSY is a local charity that has been set up in Jersey to provide support for vulnerable and at risk young people in the Island.
All money we raise is used locally to directly fund targeted projects for young people. These currently include ‘LGBTQ Youth Jersey’, ‘The My Time Project’, a project for young carers and the 'Prince's Trust in Jersey'.
We are also looking to support further projects where young people will benefit directly from any funds received. Our response will depend on what is needed at the time so may focus on helping young people who are lacking in confidence or self-esteem, misuse drugs or alcohol, are caught up in the criminal justice system, are long term unemployed etc.
We want to make a difference and give the young people of Jersey the very best start in life.
